The operation process and requirements of the close mixer
1. The first start after stopping for a long time should be carried out according to the requirements of the above-mentioned idling test and load test run. For the swing type discharge door, there are two bolts on both sides of the discharge door to prevent the discharge from opening when parked. Be sure to use the hydraulic system to place the discharge door in the closed position in advance, and use the locking device to lock the discharge door. At this time, turn the two bolts to a position that does not affect the opening of the discharge door.2. Daily start
a. Open the water inlet and drain valves of the cooling system such as the main engine, reducer and main motor.
b. Start the equipment according to the requirements of the electrical control system instructions.
c. During operation, pay attention to check the oil volume of the lubricating oil tank, the oil level of the reducer and the oil tank of the hydraulic station to ensure that the lubrication of the lubrication point and the hydraulic operation are normal.
d. Pay attention to the operation of the machine, whether the work is normal, whether there is abnormal sound, and whether the connecting fasteners are loose.
3. Precautions for daily operation.
a. Stop the machine according to the requirements of refining the last material during the load test run. After the main motor stops, turn off the lubricating motor and hydraulic motor, cut off the power supply, and then turn off the air source and cooling water source.
b. In the case of low temperature, in order to prevent the pipeline from freezing, it is necessary to remove the cooling water from each cooling pipeline of the machine, and use compressed air to blow the cooling water pipeline clean.
c. In the first week of production, the fastening bolts of each part of the close mixer should be tightened at any time, and then once a month.
d. When the pressing weight of the machine is in the upper position, the discharge door is in the closed position and the rotor is rotating, the feeding door can be opened to feed into the mixing chamber.
e. When the close mixer is temporarily stopped for some reason during the mixing process, after the fault is eliminated, the main motor must be discharged after the rubber material is discharged from the internal mixing chamber.
f. The feeding amount of the mixing chamber shall not exceed the design capacity, the current of full load operation generally does not exceed the rated current, the instantaneous overload current is generally 1.2-1.5 times the rated current, and the overload time is not more than 10s.
g. For large-scale close mixer, the mass of the rubber block should not exceed 20ks during feeding, and the temperature of the raw rubber block should be above 30°C during plasticizing.
4. Maintenance work after the end of production.
a. After the production is over, the close mixer can be stopped after 15-20min of idle operation. Oil lubrication is still required to the rotor end face seal during dry running.
b. When the machine is stopped, the discharge door is in the open position, open the feeding door and insert the safety pin, and lift the pressure weight to the upper position and insert the pressure weight safety pin. Operates in reverse procedure when starting up.
c. Remove the adhering objects on the feeding port, pressing weight and discharge door, clean the work site, and remove the oil powder paste mixture of the rotor end face sealing device.
